Daily Checklist

Help your child have a great day by making sure they arrive with everything they need:

  • Full change of weather-appropriate clothes (labeled)
  • Diapers, wipes, and diaper cream (if needed)
  • Filled water bottle (labeled)
  • Crib sheet and small blanket for nap time
  • Sunscreen and hat (summer months)
  • Warm jacket and boots (winter months)
  • Comfort item (one small stuffed animal or blanket)
  • Any required medication with signed authorization form

Nutrition & Meals

We provide nutritious meals and snacks daily, following USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) guidelines.

Important Info

Center Policies

Attendance & Hours

  • Open Mon–Fri, 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Please notify us of absences by 8:00 AM
  • Consistent attendance supports learning
  • Tuition is due regardless of attendance

Late Pickup

  • Pickup must be by 6:00 PM
  • $1 per minute late fee after 6:05 PM
  • Emergency contacts will be called
  • Repeated late pickups may affect enrollment

Sick Child

  • Must be fever-free for 24 hours
  • No vomiting/diarrhea for 24 hours
  • Prescribed antibiotics for 24 hours
  • We will call if symptoms develop at school

Medication

  • Written authorization required
  • Medication must be in original container
  • Prescription label must match child
  • Staff will document all doses given

We are open Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM, year-round. We are closed on major holidays — a full calendar is provided in our parent handbook.

Start by contacting us to schedule a tour. After visiting, you'll complete an enrollment application, provide immunization records, and sign our parent handbook. We'll confirm availability in your child's age group.

Children must be symptom-free (fever, vomiting, diarrhea) for at least 24 hours before returning. If a child becomes ill during the day, we will contact parents for immediate pickup.

Yes! We serve a morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack daily. All meals follow USDA CACFP guidelines. We accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions with advance notice.

Our curriculum is play-based and developmentally appropriate, incorporating hands-on activities, STEAM concepts, and social-emotional learning. Each age group has tailored learning goals.

We primarily offer full-time enrollment to maintain consistency for children. Please contact us to discuss your specific scheduling needs — we may be able to accommodate part-time arrangements.

We use positive guidance techniques including redirection, modeling, and natural consequences. We never use physical punishment. Our staff is trained in social-emotional development and conflict resolution.
